Sending us a list of people who are willing to donate INR 150 - 600 (~2.5 - 10 euros) per month. Even if we have 400 people willing to donate INR 150 (~2.5 euros) per month or INR 1800 (~30 euros) per year, majority of our expenditure in the shelter will be met.
